Female leadership as an economic driver in Europe

Female startup founders are drastically underfunded globally. According to the 2021 funding report, 82% of the whole startup funding went to all-male founding teams, 17% of the financing to diverse teams, and only 1% of funding - to all-female teams. It's happening even though the performance and returns of the female-founded teams are way better: the ROI at exits is 23% higher than all-male teams.
