Regulating Decentralized Finance: an approach for Europe

The European Blockchain Association, together with Dentons and Unstoppable Finance has created a model system architecture to overcome information asymmetries in decentralized markets through the use of Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAOs), SoulBound Tokens and EU-level oracle frameworks. The approach is followed by a set of policy initiatives aimed to balance innovation and consumer protection while encouraging European leadership in the digital asset space.
