Agrifood living labs : How to innovate systemically for a regenerative society
Agrifood sector is one of the largest and most polluting industries in the world. Complex challenges like population growth, climate change, and resource scarcity are making it difficult to do business as usual. In order to aid the transformation at a large scale, we need to promote experimentation at a small decentralized scale. Living labs are regional hubs that facilitate the transition towards regenerative food systems by orchestrating open innovation processes among different stakeholders.
