Adopting Generative AI: An Operational Readiness Framework for Businesses

The real value of Generative AI lies in its large scale adoption. As per the report by BCG, around 40% of businesses have taken no action, 50% are piloting, and only 10% have been able to scale successfully, causing a huge gap between lagging and scaling firms.
